New Career Announcement

As you may know, I have started my own real estate business in the Little Rock, Arkansas market working for EXIT Realty. I am one of two at the company that also works with the Exit’s business brokerage affiliate, National Business Brokerage, Inc - serving buyers and sellers of businesses nationwide! Thus, I can handle residential & commercial real estate sales and the buying or selling of businesses.

Referral of your friends and family is the best compliment you can possibly give me!

I'm also still performing about 3 nights a week at Willy D's Dueling Paino Club in Little Rock. Would love to see you soon!

1st LIVE Radio Airtime

This morning I was on The Point 94.1 - Little Rock's Classic Rock station - Jennifer Trafford and Eric Brown's morning show!   Thanks to Jennifer, Eric and Steve for their help and for having Scotty Adams and me on to promote the Craws for Paws event coming up April 24.

Also a HUGE THANKS TO SCOTTY ADAMS for asking me to perform for the event.  Gonna be very fun - I'm taking the songs I know everyone likes to hear at the piano bar and performing them with my band to rock out at this event!

Please check us out at Craws for Paws.  It is for the Pulaski County Humane Society.    Very good chance it will sell out!!! 

You can purchase your tickets online at www.CrawsForPaws.com for $25 and tickets will be left at Will Call there at the Rivermarket. If we have not sold out you can stand in line and get one for $30 the day of event. Kids 10 and under get in free. Live Music, unlimited crawfish/fixins, plus hot dogs, unlimited beer/sodas. You can also call 501-690-6909 for tickets. It's Friday, April 24th from 7 pm-Midnight. Down in Little Rock's Rivermarket Pavillions. Probably 1000+ people will turn out!    We hope to see you there!

And here I am performing.  It sounded a lot better if you were listening to the radio.  It was a very nerve racking experience.  I couldn't hear myself for the first half of the song.  We rigged up the sound with my keyboard monitor and singing into the DJ mic.

Making Mud Pies

Well, others post about their children, so here I go about my kids:

Ellie (5 year old Yorkie), Bobby McGhee (4 year old Chihuahua), and our new kitty, Sake all came out to join in a big mudfest in what has been the prettiest day this year!  I love spring time - all the colors, and new grass, and the fresh smell of rain.  I took a nap and woke up to find that Ellie wouldn't come when I called her.  This is what I found after I went into our backyard:

Ellie had been digging this large hole for no telling how long!  She was hard at it when I came over.  She wouldn't even really respond to me, because she was working HARD!  Then, Sake, the new kitty, comes over and is like "what the heck?"

Bobby looks on with a wisdom about him.  "Why would anyone need this large hole?"

Then he comes over to help a bit, grabbing one stick and running off like he stole from her. LOL

 

So this is what I get to clean up - a messy muddy wet dog.  But they are my kiddos!  My little pet family!

New to Blogging

Hello to Blogger world!  I am in the process of getting my blog going.  I am actually thinking of routing all my website traffic to this site.  It's soooo much easier to update this blog site than try and pay someone to redo my website.  Also, does anyone use the Google Adsense feature?  It pays you for posting the Google Ads on your blog.  Of course, you have to have so many hits and clicks.  I was just wondering if anyone has used this successfully?  

Stay tuned for more blogs.  I'll be changing my layout this morning trying to find what fits...
